At the March 19, 2026, Board Meeting, the DWW Board voted to accept the proposed revised DWW Bylaws, which consolidates the existing Bylaws and Constitution into one controlling document.
In accordance with Michigan law and DWW Bylaws, we are presenting the document to our members 30 days in advance of a vote. An electronic vote will be held for acceptance of the Proposed Bylaws beginning April 20, 2026. You will be forwarded an electronic link for voting as that date approaches.
